Resilutions Inc is a California, USA registered company that gathers and uses certain information about you("Information") and may share the information with our affiliated entities and companies,                
Resilutions Inc("Resilutions", "us" or "we") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.

This Privacy Notice explains how and why we use your personal data(“Information”) related to your use of and access to the Resilutions website(www.resilutions.net), content, services, products and features, provided by us, including without limitation (collectively, the “Services”).

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity then “you” includes you and that entity.                
      
1. KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE                
We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.                
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

2. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use our Services, we may collect Information that includes in the following categories:                

- Personal Information:  Information that identifies you (whether directly or indirectly), such as your name, your Company name, postal address, email address and telephone number. Information you provide to us when you access or use the Services and each time you interact with the Services or One Concern for example: when you request a Demo from us, submit a job application to us, and communicate with us by telephone or email.                
- Non-Personal Information: Information that does not directly or indirectly identify, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, you. If Non-Personal Information is directly or indirectly associated with Personal Information, this Non-Personal Information is then treated as Personal Information. In this category the information we may collect about you includes Usage, viewing and technical Information, including your IP address or device identifier when you use the Services.

- request a demo of our products, services or information
- submit an job application with us
- other interactions with us or Services.

4.    HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

a. Website visitors  

When someone visits www.resilutions.net we use Google Analytics to collect details of visitor behaviour patterns and standard internet log information, such as IP (internet) address and browser type and version. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the site and to help us to enhance the user experience by optimising the site for our audience. The information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. You can read Google’s overview of privacy and safeguarding data here.

If we want to collect information which identifies an individual, we will tell you. For instance, you will be given the opportunity to fill in your contact details and to ‘opt in’ if you want to receive more information about us, or about our services or products.

b. Social media contacts

As a social media user you are responsible for your own privacy settings on the social media platforms which you use to communicate with us.

If you send us a private or direct message via social media or give your consent to provide marketing information to you, we will store your information and communicate any marketing information with you on a periodic basis. If you tell us that you do not want to receive any more marketing information from us, we will stop any future communications but we will retain that information indefinitely so that we know not to send you any future information.

Your information will generally not be shared with other organisations, but if you have shared or posted about us publicly, we may re-share the post for wider audience on social media platform.

c. People who email us

If you give us your contact details by email, we will use those to contact you on the matter in connection with your email. Depending on the purpose of your email to us, we may use your personal information in the other ways as referred to in this section

d. People who call us

If you give us your contact details by calling us over the phone, we will use those to contact you in connection with your call. Depending on the purpose of your call to us, we may use your personal information in the other ways as referred to in this section

e. People who contact us about our services or products

Resilutions services and products are provided to both B2B and B2C customers we treat all your personal data in accordance with data privacy principles as summarized in this section.

If you inquiry us about our services or products we will use your personal data to determine what services or products are required and send you that information accordingly.

If your interest becomes an order with us and became our customer, we will retain your information in accordance with our archiving policies and procedures.

If you tell us or opted not to receive any more marketing information from us, we will stop any future marketing communications with you, but we will retain that information indefinitely so that we know not to send you any future marketing communications.

f. People who use our services or products (Our customers)

If you are our customer we will use your personal data to provide the services or products including training, as per the contract agreement between Resilutions and you the customer.

We also use  your information to personalize our content and experience specific to you.

If you became our customer, we will retain your information in accordance with our archiving policies and procedures.

If you are our customer even if you have not opted in to receive marketing communications, we may still use your personal information to send you marketing emails relating to service or products which are similar to those you already are provided. You will have the opportunity to opt out of such material each time we send you marketing communications in an email.

g. Potential Job applicants (phase 2)

Resilutions is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.

We will use the job application details you provide us with to progress your application, and to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for. We may also share your CV with our subsidiary business, if we think you may be suitable for other roles with us. Please let us know if you do not want us to do this.

We will use the information we collect to check your qualifications, employment history, to assess your suitability for the role you have applied, background verification as to your credibility, integrity and reliability, and may also check your work permits and right to work in the country where the role is. We may check your criminal record. We may use the information you provide to contact references whose details you have provided to us.

If you are not successful in an employment with us, we will retain the information you provided for up to an year following the post you have applied for being filled.

If you are successful in being employed by us or a former employee please refer to the section on Data privacy practices for “Current and former employees” in the privacy section.

h. Current and former employees (phase 2)

For Resilutions employees during your employment with us, we use your personal data to administer your employment. We have a separate internal Employment Privacy Notice which has all the details on what data we process and why. A copy of this employment notice is provided to all employees prior to being employed by us.

If you are employee that have left us, we still need to retain some of your personal information. This is because we have continuing legal obligations relating to the time you were employed by us for example on matters as benefits, taxes, retirement..etc.

i. Suppliers (phase 2)

We use your personal data as part of our vendor selection process for our Approved vendors; we will retain your details for the period during which you are an Approved vendor with us and then destroy your details, unless you are re-approved as an approved vendor to us.

Your privacy is important to us. It is Resilutions, Inc policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, https://www.katrisk.com, and other sites we own and operate.

5. HOW WE MAY SHARE THE INFORMATION                

We use third parties to provide some of the essential services, process and storage needs for our data. For example: email services or Google Analytics or web hosting ..etc.

We may need to share some personal information with other parties, such as external contractors, partners and our advisers, future sale of business and with potential funders, investors to invest in parts or all of our business interests. All these recipients of the information will be bounded by confidentiality agreements or NDAs.

We may also be required to share some personal information by various government entities to comply with the law.

We will not share your information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing.

 

6. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

Resilutions tries to be as transparent and flexible as possible to provide users with access to their personal information. Data protection laws in various jurisdictions give individuals certain rights.

You have the right to know what personal data is held by Resilutions. You can ask for this in writing by making a ‘Data Subject Access Request’ (DSAR); where we hold personal information about you, we will (unless exemptions apply)

- give you a description of it

- tell you why we are holding it;

- tell you who it is disclosed to; and

- let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form (which may be redacted if it includes personal information relating to someone else).

If we hold information about you, you can ask us to correct any mistakes, by contacting us (see How to contact us, below). We will respond to a data subject access request and/or correct the information without undue delay.

You may also have the right to ask us to delete information which we hold about you; where you do so, we will treat your request seriously, though we may not always be in a position to delete that information. For example if we have to retain it to meet a legal obligation to tax authorities or if the relevant lawful basis makes it necessary to retain it for longer.

If you agree, we may provide the information orally (for example by telephone).

In order to process your request we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, which may involve asking you for specific forms of photographic ID, such as your driver's license or the page(s) in your passport which identify you. We will not disclose any information in response to your request until we are satisfied we have verified your identity.

Please be aware that, if you do not allow us to collect Personal Information from you, we may not be able to deliver certain products and services to you, and some of our Services may not be able to take account of your interests and preferences.

7. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This Privacy policy does not cover links within this site linking to any other third party websites.

Resilutions expressly disclaims any and all liability for the actions of third parties, including but without limitation to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of Personal Information by third parties. Any information submitted by you directly to these third parties is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. We recommend you to read the privacy statements on the other websites you visit.

 

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information about children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has provided us with Personal Information, you may contact us at contact@resilutions.net to request it be deleted.

 

9. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Services, including California residents. We do not disclose any Information to third parties for marketing purposes. As a California resident, you may contact us with any questions or to request a list of third parties to whom we may disclose Information for marketing purposes and the categories of information we may disclose.

If you are a user of the Services and a California resident under 18 years of age, you may request to have your Information removed from the publicly-viewable portion of our website by contacting us directly. See How to Contact Us below. In certain situation some information may not be removed from our systems or databases.

 

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time the last update on the policy was on April 11, 2023. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to attempt to provide notice to you and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. Notice may be by email to you at the last email address you provided us, by posting notice of such changes on the Services, or by other means, consistent with applicable law. However, it is your sole responsibility to review the Privacy Policy from time to time to view any such changes. The updated Privacy Policy will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as may be specified in the updated Privacy Policy.
